Hours for PortAventura Park, Ferrari Land and Caribe Aquatic Park vary significantly depending on the season, day of the week and special events. Knowing exact hours helps you better plan your visit and make the most of your time at the park.

Low Season (January - March, November, December)

Weekdays:

• Total hours: 8 hours

Weekends and holidays:

• Opening: 10:00am
• Closing: 7:00pm/8:00pm
• Total hours: 9-10 hours

Mid Season (April - May, October)

Weekdays:

• Opening: 10:00am
• Closing: 7:00pm
• Total hours: 9 hours

Weekends:

• Opening: 10:00am
• Closing: 8:00pm/9:00pm

High Season (June - September)

Ferrari Land Hours 2025

Ferrari Land has different hours than PortAventura Park and generally opens 30-60 minutes LATER and closes EARLIER.

Typical hours:

• Low season: 10:30am - 5:00pm/6:00pm
• Mid season: 10:30am - 6:00pm/7:00pm
• High season: 10:30am - 8:00pm/9:00pm

Important: Ferrari Land does NOT stay open until midnight even on special days. Maximum closing is around 9:00pm-10:00pm in summer.

Caribe Aquatic Park Hours 2025

Caribe Aquatic Park is only open during summer season (late May/early June through mid-September).

Summer 2025 hours:

• June: 10:30am - 6:00pm
• July: 10:30am - 7:00pm
• August: 10:30am - 8:00pm
• September: 10:30am - 6:00pm

Note: Caribe closes BEFORE the sun goes down as it's an outdoor water park.

Special Hours

Halloween (September - November)

During Halloween event, PortAventura Park has extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays:

• Friday and Saturday: 10:00am - Midnight
• Sunday - Thursday: 10:00am - 8:00pm/9:00pm
• November 1 (holiday): 10:00am - Midnight

Easter

Holy Week and Easter weekend have extended hours:

• 10:00am - 9:00pm/10:00pm all days

Christmas Holidays

During Christmas holidays (late December - early January) hours are:

• 10:00am - 7:00pm/8:00pm
• December 31 and January 1: Special hours until 9:00pm/10:00pm

Early Access for Hotel Guests

Guests staying at PortAventura hotels have the privilege of early access to the park:

• Access time: 1 hour before opening to general public
• Example: If park opens at 10:00am, hotel guests enter at 9:00am
• Available areas: Not all park is open during early access, only certain themed areas and main attractions
• Included: Free with hotel stay, no reservation needed

When is Best Time to Visit?

For Fewer Crowds:

• January-March (except Easter)
• November (after Halloween)
• Weekdays (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

For More Hours:

• July-August (up to 14 hours open)
• Halloween Fridays and Saturdays (until midnight)

Best Balance:

• May or June weekdays
• September weekdays

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the park close on rainy days?

No, PortAventura does not close for rain. However, some outdoor attractions may temporarily close for safety if there are storms or strong winds.

Can I stay in the park until closing?

Yes, as long as you have a valid ticket. If you're on an attraction when closing time arrives, you can finish it.

Are restaurants open all hours?

Restaurants generally open around 11:00am-12:00pm for lunch and close 30 minutes before park closing. Snack bars may stay open longer.

What if I arrive late?

You can enter at any time. If you arrive 2-3 hours before closing, consider if it's worth it or better to come another day.
